Project Architect

Mr. Catechis brings a high level of technical expertise in the areas of exterior restoration inspections, field report preparation, and the production of construction documents for exterior building restorations. He works with clients to communicate their goals to the contractors and vendors to ensure a seamless delivery of the final built product. He brings his experience to all phases of project development: field surveying, schematic design, preparation of filing drawings for approvals and permits from government agencies (DOB, SHPO, LPC, and DOT), as well as architectural construction drawing coordination with other disciplines.
