As a response to investigate and design corrective measures to an emergent condition of loose ceiling tiles, Heritage Architecture investigated the conditions and cause of loose ceiling tiles, their substrate and recommendation for new ceiling systems. Heritage Architecture also surveyed various conditions throughout the school including recommendation to replace that all of the existing exit signs with LED exit signs which will be energy efficient and last longer.  A detailed scope report was prepared which included the findings, recommendations and cost estimate.  Construction Drawings and Specifications for the Scope of Work were provided. Heritage Architecture  provided full Construction Administrative Services.
