Our LEED certified workplace design accounts for employee productivity and flexibility and provides a healthy workplace that improves operational efficiency. Heritage Architecture performed an interior renovation of a 7,000 SF warehouse space to meet LEED (CI) certification requirements with a focus on energy efficiency and indoor air quality. We took advantage of the unique warehouse spatial qualities by configuring the new open spaces within the interior space with minimal impact on the existing conditions. Exposed steel roof trusses integrate with open ceiling clouds that define the office elements at varying heights. Efficient day-lighting panels were added to the building envelope to illuminate the open spaces. Green materials and finishes are used to improve indoor air quality and reduce environmental impact. Water reduction strategies are met by using low-flow faucets and fixtures and no-irrigation plant landscaping.
