Heritage Architecture investigated on-going envelope related issues, including water penetration through masonry and roofing leaks, as part of the New York City Construction Authority's (SCA) 5- year Capital Improvement Plan. Heritage Architecture prepared a complete project to include repointing of masonry brick joints, replacement of spalled and chipped face brick, terracotta and replacement of damaged roof leaders. As investigated during the field visit, Heritage Architecture examined the terracotta trim on the building façade that was cracking and falling. Due to the building’s historic status, Heritage Architecture provided all required detailed reports and correspondence with New York State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).
