Heritage Architecture prepared a full investigation and scope report with recommendations to improve the emergent condition of bulging parapet walls, eroded mortar joints and defective steel lintels throughout the 3-story school building. Heritage Architecture started an immediate field investigation and conditions assessment which led to additional findings of roofing flashing penetrations and intersection at critical joints that required full restoration. A holistic approach was used to investigate the envelope conditions, including two design alternatives for each façade and roof item identified. Each outlined scope and constructability requirements with cost comparisons.
