As part of the SCA 5 year capital plan, Heritage responded to a call for improvements to the exterior walls and masonry of the John Adams High School, located in Rockaway, Queens. Members of the Heritage Architecture team conducted an initial site walk-through with the consultants to understand magnitude of improvements needed for the exterior masonry and interior finishes of the walls and ceilings. In the Scope Report, Heritage Architecture provided fully detailed damage mapping drawings along with photographic documentation of the areas requiring restorations. A recommended proposed scope of work was included for removal and replacement of each building element.
